Hi, I'm Sharon.

For more than 35 years, I've worked in healthcare helping people improve their health, and for over 20 years I've coached women to create lasting change. Like many women, I struggled to lose weight despite eating what I thought was healthy. When I learned how blood sugar and insulin resistance were affecting my body, everything finally started to make sense.

Today, I help women over 50 lose weight, improve their health, and age with strength, confidence, and joy.

I believe lasting weight loss isn't about another diet. It's about understanding your body, knowing what truly motivates you, and taking the right next step for you.

This isn't about perfection.

It's about understanding where you are today, choosing one meaningful next step, and building the consistency that leads to lasting change.

Why I teach this

I've spent more than 35 years helping people improve their health through my work in healthcare and coaching.

Like many women, I believed I simply needed to eat less and exercise more. But after my daughter's birth, losing weight became incredibly difficult. Years later, I learned I was insulin resistant, and probably had been for much of my life.

Everything changed when I made one simple change in how I ate and committed to walking about two miles each day.

That experience changed more than my weight. It changed the direction of my work.

Today, I'm passionate about helping women over 50 understand what's really happening in their bodies, create habits they can actually maintain, and age as healthy as possible.

One thing has become obvious after coaching for more than two decades: people don't change because they know more. They change when they understand why the change matters, and choose a first step they truly believe they can take.

That's exactly what this workshop is designed to help you do.
